Ben Hardman is a leadership coach, author, and founder of Banded, a peer community for high-capacity business leaders who want success that doesn’t come at the expense of their family, their integrity, or their soul. Raised in Ohio and now based in the Atlanta area, Ben brings a steady, grounded presence shaped by real-life leadership, not just theory.

For more than 15 years, he has walked alongside thousands of leaders across business, nonprofit, and ministry contexts. He has helped guide organizations through growth, crisis, and transition, and he understands the quiet weight leaders carry when everyone else is looking to them for answers. Clients trust him because he listens well, tells the truth with kindness, and creates space for conversations most leaders don’t have anywhere else.

Ben is certified through Giant Worldwide, System & Soul, Working Genius, and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. He blends these frameworks with his own tools, including the 3 Circles of Life, to help leaders align their inner life, work, and relationships so they can lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
